Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and qualified Online Sales Representative for our Pakistan office. The primary focus of this role is to connect with existing and potential clients using our ERP system, WhatsApp, and phone to encourage and facilitate order placements.
While experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus, it is not the core responsibility of this position. The ideal candidate will also assist in handling social media accounts, and will book meetings and appointments for our sales team to visit clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively reach out to existing clients using ERP, WhatsApp, and phone calls to generate sales and follow up on leads.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments or visits between clients and sales team members.
- Support day-to-day management of company social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and update client information in the CRM/ERP system.
- (If applicable) Operate and support Amazon Seller Central tasks such as basic listing management, order handling, and customer communication.
- Assist in preparing reports, follow-up schedules, and performance tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in online sales, client coordination, or telesales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or CRM systems preferred.
- Social media management skills are a plus.
- Experience with Amazon sales is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Organized, self-motivated, and good at follow-up.
